Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Location Estimated Delivery Time United Kingdom 2–5 business days. Shipped with Royal mail 48 aims to be delivered within 2 days.

Europe5–10 business days Shipped with Royal mail international services tracking information provided.

Rest of World10–20 business days Royal mail international services tracking information provided.

All of our items are handmade to order in the UK, with care taken at every stage of the process.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days
    (This allows time to create and personalise your item)

  • Shipping time to the USA: 7–12 business days with royal mail international tracked.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 10–17 business days

Orders are shipped with reliable international carriers and tracking is provided where available, so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our studio to your door.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or external factors outside our control. but we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

Customs & Duties (USA Orders)

We regularly ship to the United States and aim to make the process as smooth and worry-free as possible.


Most US orders arrive without any additional customs or import charges as we use royal mail DPP shipping services to the USA. Orders are shipped from the UK with clear, accurate documentation to help ensure a smooth delivery.

In the unlikely event that customs fees or import duties are applied by US Customs, these charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control. Any such fees would be the responsibility of the recipient.

That said, for typical orders, US customers do not usually experience extra charges and parcels are delivered directly to your door.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier companies.

  • If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at customerservice@peartreestichstudio.com and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@peartreestichstudio.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
