2. Tell me how you’d like your portrait
Use the personalisation box to let me know any important details, such as markings, a collar or a person you’d particularly like captured or any other requests for your design.

3. Your custom embroidery design is created
I’ll carefully turn your photograph into a bespoke line-art embroidery design created specifically for your pet.

4. Approve your design
You’ll receive a digital preview by email before I embroider your cushion, giving you the chance to check that you’re happy with your portrait.

5. Your cushion is embroidered
Once approved, your design is carefully embroidered onto your chosen cushion, ready to become a special part of your home. 🪡🤍
