Upload one clear, good-quality photo of your pet using the photo upload section. 

2. Tell me your special requests
Let me know anything you’d particularly like me to include, such as important markings, features you’d like highlighted or your preferred embroidery thread colour.

3. Your portrait is created
I’ll carefully turn your photograph into a unique line-art embroidery design, created specifically for your pet.

4. Approve your design by email
Before anything is embroidered, I’ll send you a digital proof by email so you can see exactly how your portrait will look. You can request any changes before approving your design.

5. Your sweatshirt is embroidered
Once you’re completely happy with your design, I’ll carefully embroider your pet portrait onto your chosen sweatshirt and prepare it for its journey to you. 🤍
