1. Choose your design
Select your design and use the personalisation box to let me know exactly how you'd like your pet embroidered. If you upload multiple photos of your pet, please let me know which image you'd like me to use as the reference for your embroidery design.

Please upload 2–3 clear, high-quality photos of your pet. I ask for more than one photo so I can accurately match their colouring and markings, as lighting can sometimes make colours and features appear different. This helps me create the most realistic embroidery possible.

2. We create a custom pattern

we carefully digitise a pattern of your pet from the photos you provided & email it over to you for your approval this allows you to be confident and happy with the final result before we proceed with the embroidery. Were happy to make any changes you’d like to the pattern to ensure we capture your pets true likeness!

3. We embroider it
